PLEASE HELP! Tiny pin-prick sized bumps on nose?

I have these tiny almost pin-prick size bumps on my nose.They don't hurt, they're skin colored. They're not itchy or anything,they're just there. No one notices them but when you look my nose really closely it's really unattractive. I know it doesn't sounds like that big of a deal but it really makes me self conscious and I would prefer not to have them! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
