Questions about a stolen iPhone 4?

Okay, I just got a brand new iPhone 4 after my first one was stolen. I received the new one less than a week ago from my insurance company. The phone wasn't even a week ago when I took it to the park and it was then stolen again. I had the find my iPhone app set up, but the pricks deleted the app. Now, my question is, will the Ausrion Insurance company let me file another stolen claim? This is my second stolen iPhone in less than a week. :( Please, help or give some helpful advice. Thanks, Everyone!
