My rabbits toe nail came off & blood went everywhere. He seems fine do I need to do anything?

I cleaned the hutch & put fresh beding in and gave the wound a spray with human anti-septic. he is standing on his back legs, eating fine, running about fetching sticks do I need to do anything else?
