What is a safe and effective way to remove whiteheads and blackheads on my nose?

I haven't tried getting a facial--EVER. I heard that hurts a lot! Cause the derma will prick your nose and stuff... Any good facial wash? scrub or mask? Pore strips aren't working for me!
