Why is my septic alarm blowing the 1 amp fuse inside the alarm box?

You don't have a septic system. You have an aerobic system. Different systems. Call your local Roto Rooter for a technician to do an inspect. By law any contractor who installs an aerobic system must warranty it for 2 years FYI.
