Severe aching or pain in my right kidney please help!?

I have kidney disease and have been having problems with infections since last year. Im not sure if my kidneys got damaged the last time I had a kidney infection, but it got so severe I got septic and the doctor told me within a few more days my organs would have shut down. today I started having pain in my lower right abdomen and then had small aching in my right kidney and uncomfortable aching in my right leg. I've been having potassium problems lately but I'm not sure if it could be related and I can't go to the hospital right now. I havent really signs of an infection just my kidney hurts it feels like I could have pulled a muscle in the area. It aches so bad and I'm having pains in waves it hurts so much I can't get comfortable no matter what I do!
