Is this house worth buying?

My husband and I have been looking into buying a house. We have found this house we love that has a huge yard and is a 3 bedroom with 1 bath. This property is out on a farm land. It is in the middle of no where it seems. When you look the house up online all it says is that the septic needs updating. How much could this cost? And would it be worth buying? The house and land is vauled at 130,000 but they are only asking 86,000.
