Rabies from a needle prick?

A dog that is up to date with his rabies vaccination is bitten by a rabid fox. The dog is taken to the vet, where a vet assistant begins to draw blood. The dog suddenly jumps and the assistant is stuck in the thumb with the needle. Is the assistant at high risk of contracting rabies?
