Sepic tabs question on where to put them?

I just bought a home with septic that requires maintenance. I bought Norweco bio-sanitizer tabs, just not sure where to put them. I have a clean out tube coming out of the ground right before septic, and then like 3 man hole covers. tabs are about 2.5" circumfrence.
