Have a plumbing problem NEED HELP ASAP?

Had a plumbing problem yesterday, toilets were stopped up and started backing up in to tubs and sinks, we bought the trailer 4 years ago and never had a problem, called a guy to come out he cut the pipe and ran the metal thing through the pipe that leads to the septic tank ended up finding a wash rag we flushed all toilets and things were fine, less than 24 hrs toilets were stopped up again...what could be the problem? What should I do?
