My husband thinks this is fraud is it?

My dad called a month ago with tooth pain. I said your tooth is probably infected. So i sent him my husbands antibiotics in the mail. He has no insurance. This was just to get by till he could get to dentist Well now he has other symptoms of septic poison getting in his blood stream. Plus he also mentioned to me he had blood in his urine. I think one he needs his tooth pulled asap or a root canal. If I called the dr and gave my insurance info and asked if I could be the patient on record but have my dad be the one treated. Also his other issue concerns me he is 55 I think he needs to be checked by a dr for his blood in urine. To rule out bladder cancer. Im kinda desperate to help My husbands like thats fraud blah blah blah. If the dr agrees and gets paid everybody is happy and my dad is helped. Also my husband has tricare prime through the military Does anybody know if I can get my dad covered under our insurance?
