Make English the official language in the USA.?

Since the U.S. is a melting pot of cultures currently, it would be difficult to enforce a policy making English an official language, because many immigrants aren't bilingual and funding government sponsored programs to mentor immigrant's children wouldn't agree well with the taxpayers.
